WEST BENGAL:
We conducted a comprehensive End-Term Evaluation in the Patharpratima block, West Bengal, to assess the impact of the SVEP. This study was undertaken in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati (IIE, Guwahati - NRO). Utilizing a mixed-methods approach, we evaluated a sample of 1,136 entrepreneurs, encompassing both new and existing entrepreneurs in Patharpratima block. The primary objective of this evaluation was to assess the program's contribution to the developmental process in the block. This was achieved through a comparative analysis of the pre- and post-intervention environment.
A comprehensive End-Term Evaluation study was undertaken in the Nandigram I block of West Bengal, under the Startup Village Entrepreneurship Program (SVEP) in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati (IIE, Guwahati - NRO). The study focused on a sample of 1235 entrepreneurs from the Nandigram-I block, encompassing both emerging and established entrepreneurs. The primary objective was to gauge the impact of the SVEP on the developmental process, with a comparative analysis of the situation before and after the program's implementation.
The methodology adopted for this study involved a mixed-methods approach.

Chumukedima, Nagaland:
To assess the effectiveness of the SVEP, a rigorous End-Term Evaluation was undertaken in Chumukedima block, Nagaland. This was conducted under the IIE, Guwahati (NRO). The evaluation employed a mixed-methods approach, gathering sample data of approximately 490 entrepreneurs, constituting a significant subset of the block's 2,413 entrepreneurs. This sample encompassed both established and nascent businesses within Chumukedima. The primary objective of the evaluation was to understand how SVEP has contributed to the development process of the block. This involved a comparative analysis of the pre-program environment and the post-implementation landscape.
Jakhama, Nagaland:
A rigorous End-Term Evaluation was conducted in Jakhama block, Nagaland, to assess the effectiveness of the SVEP in collaboration with the Indian Institute of Entrepreneurship, Guwahati (IIE, Guwahati - NRO). The evaluation employed a mixed-methods approach, examining the experiences of a representative sample of approximately 312 entrepreneurs out of 1612 entrepreneurs in Jakhama block. This sample included both new and existing businesses. The primary objective was to understand how SVEP contributed to the block's development process. This involved a comparative analysis of the pre-program environment and the situation after SVEP's implementation.
